    • Genetic testing for hereditary cancer

  • UnitedHealthcare Commercial
    • Macular degeneration treatment procedures
    • Ambulance services
    • Liposuction for lipedema
  • UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage
    • Cardiac procedures, including pacemakers and defibrillators
    • Urinary and fecal incontinence diagnosis and treatments
    • Routine preventative health services

 

Humana Military Tricare Updates

Effective July 1, 2022, the telemedicine waiver implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic will end. Beginning July 1, cost-share and copays will again be the patient’s responsibility. This includes all telemedicine and audio-only services. While the waiver applies to dates of service prior to July 1, any claims that are re-processed may require cost-shares and copayments.
