Albert Saviano – President / CEO
Albert Saviano is our Chief Executive Officer, President and Controller. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Master’s of Business Administration from Iona College. Mr. Saviano founded PGM Billing in 1981. Prior to starting PGM, Mr. Saviano served as the CFO and Controller for hospitals in both New Jersey and New York. In addition, he was formerly the Director of NJ Medical School Faculty Practice Program and a Director at NJ Hospital Association. Mr. Saviano has over 40 years of financial experience in the medical field.
Martha Culver – Chief Operating Officer
Martha Culver received her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and attended graduate school at New York University. Prior to PGM, Ms. Culver served as the Associate Vice President at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Medical Center in New York City. Ms. Culver has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and was recently featured in The New York Times as one of the USA's top businesswomen.
Roey Hine – Senior Vice President of Practice Management
Roey brings over 25 years of physician billing experience to PGM. This experience includes development and implementation of policies, procedures and system frameworks to maximize provider reimbursement while maintaining compliance with government regulations. She brings extensive knowledge of insurance claims, credentialing and fee analysis. Roey has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and is a member of the Practice Managers Section of the Medical Society of New Jersey.
Giulia Ennis – Vice President of Operations
Giulia received her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Ithaca College. Prior to PGM, Giulia worked at Young & Rubicam as an Account Executive on the Colgate-Palmolive Account. In addition to her time at Y&R, Giulia worked at a number of specialized advertising agencies, where she managed accounts including the History Chanel, A&E and Biography. Giulia manages Client Relations and Operations for PGM.
David Seebode – Vice President of Information Technology
Dave brings over 25 years of information technology experience to PGM. This experience includes development and implementation of networks (LAN and WAN) for the purpose of data transfer between hospitals, insurance companies and PGM employees. Dave received his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and Bachelor’s of Art in English from St. Lawrence University. Dave has integral knowledge of the HIPAA requirements for electronic data exchange between the federal government, major insurance companies and electronic medical record systems. He has worked extensively with physician offices, hospitals, insurance payers and other parties to program data specifications necessary for physician practice management.
Chris Saviano – Vice President of Business Development
Chris is a director at PGM and has more than 12 years experience in Corporate Finance and Business Development. Prior to joining PGM, Chris was a member of the Corporate Finance Departments of Lehman Brothers and Societe General Investment Banks in London, where he focused on Debt and Equity Capital Markets transactions in the Healthcare Sector across Europe and the Americas. Chris earned his Master’s of Business Administration (with Honors) from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, with concentrations in Strategic Management and Finance. Chris is responsible for Business Development and Sales.
Carola Cornejo – Assistant Vice President of Client Services and Operations
Carola brings over 14 years of physician billing experience to PGM. She has become one of our top experts in filing appeals and increasing client payments. Her experience also includes patient\insurance collections, all aspects of follow up, fee analysis and credentialing. Carola is a graduate of Dover Business College with a degree in Computerized Accounting.
Greg Perini – Director of Sales
Greg is a seasoned healthcare executive with 25 years of sales and operations experience in the Home Care and Medical Equipment industry. Prior to joining PGM, Greg held a number of senior leadership positions with various healthcare companies where his expertise in sales and operations contributed to successful growth, efficiency, and performance improvement initiatives. Most recently Greg had overall sales responsibility for a large Private Duty Home Care Agency that served patients in 6 states across the Northeast and Midwest.
Greg holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey and earned his MBA from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University with a concentration in Finance. Greg is responsible for building and managing relationships with new and existing clients as well as PGM channel partners. Additionally, Greg will focus on development and implementation of custom Practice management solutions to healthcare practitioners and facilities.
